This restlessness in my limbs have bothered me. Its calming me down a lot as I have learned I have an energy pooling in my hands and arms intensely and that vanishes whenever I do yoga or a workout. I try to add variety to my workouts and have lost weight gradually however this is my 1st time actually loving and gravitating towards doing yoga everyday. Went to a yoga retreat and learned a bit more about myself and my body and was thinking of doing yoga to help me with weight loss and my binge eating.
